Hi All! My name is Charlie and I head up Business Development for AMASS. Amongst other things I am working to build and scale our Storyteller program. If you'd like to connect or have any questions for me you can reach me at firstname.lastname@example.org . I hope you are all staying safe and healthy during these troubling times!
Hi Storytellers! You've all probably gotten an email, phone call, or introduction from me at some point, but for those of you who I haven't had the chance to meet - I'm Caitlin and I manage Storyteller communities in LA, SF, and Denver. Along with connecting with you on a personal level, I'm excited to use this platform to make sure you are getting the most out of this incredible community through networking resources, engaging community programming, happy hours, and beyond. I am always available for a chat, a cocktail (my favorite is an AMASS French 75), or to bounce ideas off, please feel free to reach out to me either here or email at any time!
Remember that even through these times of uncertainty, we are all in this together.
Hello fellow AMASSers! For those who don’t know me, my name is Carolina and I am the Community Coordinator for the South Florida and Detroit region. Although we have launched this forum during troubling times, I am excited to introduce you all to this platform as a space to connect with one another + share ideas that will help us navigate our community amidst this pandemic and beyond! Many of you were referred to our Storyteller program because of your experience and commitment to your industry. We acknowledge your hard work and support therefore, it is important for us as a brand to utilize your expertise in any way that we can. Much of our success can be attributed to our Storytellers so we look to you for guidance to help steer us in the right direction!
I am looking forward to connecting with you all. Remember, no idea is too small!
P.S. Since Caitlin Zenisek shared her favorite cocktail.. you can usually find me at the bar with a gimlet or gin mule
Hi everyone! Freza here. I lead Brand and Marketing for AMASS–so all the creative, packaging, and digital campaigns you see out in the world are from my team.
It's been tough watching our industry navigate through these challenging times and I hope you guys feel like you can use us as a resource. AMASS is only here because of all the buyers, bartenders, and GMs who took a chance on us and it's time for brands to pay it forward–even the little ones like us.
Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at email@example.com. I hope that, for some of you, this can be a useful, comforting corner of a noisier-than-usual Internet. Looking forward to connecting with all of you over the next few weeks.
Hi everyone! I'm Nicole and I'm the Content Coordinator for AMASS–I write everything from social captions to product copy to articles for amass.com.
It's a strange time to be a person on the internet (or a person at all, really), and I hope that through this little digital community we can all find some solace. Take what you need, leave the rest–it's a sentiment that feels just as true here as it does everywhere else right now (perhaps especially in the toilet paper aisle).
I'm looking forward to chatting and sharing and connecting with you all.
Hi everyone! This is Maggie—I'm on the Brand and Marketing team, and help run social, so if you've posted a story or post about AMASS before, you've most likely talked to me .
Right now, it can feel like we're unwilling contestants on an apocalyptic reality tv show, so I'm hoping that you all can turn to us for solace and use us as a resource. Community is a foundational aspect of who we are at AMASS, and now more than ever, we want to be able to support, give back, and be there for you all.
Excited to connect with everyone, and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out at any time!
Hi, hello, I'm Sarah, AMASS's newest addition to the Brand and Graphic Design team. If you stumble across any scribbly doodles referencing us, that's quite possibly my handiwork.
When I'm not quarantining myself into an obsessive stupor and rearranging all of the furniture in my apartment, I'm usually bartending. Pre-pandemic, I was behind the stick at The Semi-Tropic in Echo Park, who first introduced me to AMASS (White Negroni, please).
Times are weird right now. We all feel it. I'm aching to shake a cocktail for someone. But until then, I'm really looking forward to having this platform as a place to engage, network, commiserate, brainstorm, laugh, cry, and drink (remotely) with my fellow industry folks. We'll be back in our wells soon. Cheers, ya'll.
Hi all! My name is Jen and I am based in NYC. I run sales for AMASS and have helped expand our brand across the US, UK and Asia. This expansion would not have happened without your support and love of the brand – THANK YOU!
I know this is a very tough time for all of you, and if there is anything we can do, please don’t hesitate to reach out (firstname.lastname@example.org). I am also here to talk, do virtual happy hours, even do online workouts together to hold each other accountable. @Shelby Igaz and I did one together this AM – and plan to do so every morning to start our days right!
We will continue to brainstorm how we can help, but please use this forum to connect with storytellers across the US, share ideas, but most importantly support each other while we navigate this new norm.
I look forward to connecting with all of you!
Hi everyone! I'm Shelby and while currently based in Dallas, I've had the pleasure of meeting so many of you in both Los Angeles and Denver! I handle sales in the Denver market as well as assist with sales operations from Dallas!
I'm so thankful to have a platform where we can all come together during this time and share knowledge, feedback and talk through some of the anxieties we are all feeling right now! I really look forward to chatting with you all. <3
Hello AMASS team! My name is Robby Nelson. I'm the East Coast Sales Director for AMASS based in Brooklyn. I've lived in Brooklyn for 8 years and I can say, without a DOUBT, that this is the strangest week I've experienced in NYC, which I feel should be saying something. ANYWAY... I hope that everyone is staying safe, sane (hopefully this forum will help a bit), and healthy. (Remember: A lemon twist in your AMASS martini might be delicious, but it DOES NOT count as a serving of fruit.)
I'm incredibly grateful to be part of this team of AMASSing people (get ready for more AMASS puns than you can shake... I mean, stir, a martini at). There were many points this week when all I felt like doing was curling up on the couch and watching every single Marvel movie back-to-back-to-back, but this team kept me engaged and motivated. As we like to say, team work makes the dream work! We're excited to have you join us on this forum and we're REALLY excited to see you on the outside for an AMASS martini or a hundred when this is all over. Thank you for all your support and energy! We're hoping to be able to return a little of the favor with this forum. Be well and let's take care of one another!
P.S. Before I did this, I was a bartender, as was Dustin, so we're also here for your home bartending needs. Stay tuned!
Hi Storytellers, my name is Alejandro and I help run the operations for AMASS! If you'd like to connect or have any questions for me you can reach me at email@example.com. This troubling time can seem like it will never end but there is light at the end of the tunnel and we will only grow stronger as community and country when it is all finished.
Hi everyone! My name’s Daniel Wisner, I’m a jewelry designer living in Brooklyn, I’ve been part of the storyteller program for about six months now. It’s been so much fun to be a member of this community and watch/help it as it grows and develops. I’m excited to see what’s next and how this forum will shape and expand AMASS’s strength. I look forward to meeting those I haven’t yet when things start to settle down!
Hi AMASSing people! My name is Corinne. I am the Brand Sales Manager for Florida.
So glad we have this forum! Looking forward to connecting with you all. It’s obviously a very strange time for all of us to say the least, but please feel free to reach out, and I will share any info I hear of in Florida and otherwise.
Looking forward to virtual get togethers as I celebrate my 10 year wedding anniversary today, and my daughter’s 4th birthday on the 24th! Happy quarantine celebrations!!
Hello storytellers! My name is Kevin, I am a bar manager at Mandrake in Miami Beach. Living in a city mainly flourishing on hospitality and tourism, these are troubling and difficult times for our industry. It gives me great relief to have a positive outlet during these upcoming weeks in quarantine. Im happy to contribute and lend a helping hand to any of my industry people!
Hi All, it's Virginia! I am loving this forum - so good to see some familiar names and faces! If you joined as a storyteller last year, I've probably either chatted with you over the phone or we've enjoyed a nice cold martini together at Happy Hour! Lately, I've been focused on PR, Brand Partnerships, Event Sponsorships and Influencer Initiatives, but I'm excited to stay connected with you all here! :)
My name's Dustin, and I'm a brand sales manager for Los Angeles. I was born and raised in this city and have worked in the hospitality industry for quite a while doing everything from barback, bartender, beverage director, GM, and eventually bar ownership throughout the years. I've been incredibly fortunate to be a part of this amazing team since the beginning and couldn't ask for a better group of people to weather this storm with.
We're all in this together, and seeing as the bar community, especially here in Los Angeles is nothing if not family to me I'm excited to see how creative and helpful we can collectively be throughout all of this!
Hello there! My name is Ludovico, I help the AMASS Community team by day and study at USC by night. I was born and raised in Milan, Italy, bounced around the world for the past years and moved to L.A. less than a year ago. While I'd love to be out and about exploring the city and trying new cocktails, I am here at home, thankful for the technology that makes these amazing initiatives possible, strengthening and bringing the AMASS community together.
Feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for Storyteller-related questions (and anything else really), I'll be the one answering when Caitlin and Carolina are busy planning cool events for you Storytellers
This is Suzie, Brand Sales Manager at AMASS . Based in LA, I handle On-Premise Chains & Hotels.
I am definitely a person who likes to be out and connect so having a community like this is comforting. This platform shows that we can adapt during this time of change and crisis while staying close and connected with each other. We all need or can give support to others and I'm thankful to be part of the AMASS team.
Hi AMASS Family!
I’m Sage Ramadge, a dad of three feral maniacs (at least this week that’s the case) in Harlem, NYC. In my day job I’m a consultant for nonprofits and tech startups focused on social impact and equity.
Outside of that I run a socially minded speakeasy and community called Uptown Spirit that raises money for local nonprofits through curated cocktail events. Robby Nelson & AMASS have been fantastic supporters of our work, and I’m always looking for more great recipes and organizations to support! Cheers everyone and hoping that you all stay healthy and sane in the current crisis.
Hello everyone! My name is Lewis, I'm the social media intern at AMASS and in my third year as an undergrad at USC studying business administration. I'm American originally but grew up all over, having spent most of my life in Amsterdam. I'm really excited to be part of the AMASS team and community and look forward to connecting with everyone here!
Hi Everyone!! I'm Helena José and I'm so glad I joined this high spirited group of people! I hope everyone is safe as well as your families.
I just started an online Magazine called 2ozMag dedicated to the local Beverage Industry and their community in Miami. I used to work as a PR and Marketing for a group of Restaurants, and currently, I'm a full-time Mom with a side hustle. I can relate to Sage Ramadge in being 4 days late to reply to the group, lol. #godhavemercy. At the moment, I'm looking for ways to help local Bartenders directly through spirit brands. I'll let you know when the game plan is ready to see if you would like to suggest something else or participate. In the meantime, I'm enjoying reading this forum. It reminds me of the early era of chat rooms
A pleasure to meet you all, I propose someone suggest a topic of conversation to keep the momentum going, or maybe someone can explain to me better the Storytelling part Looking forward to hearing from all of you!
BTW Miami total confinement started today, what's going on in other cities??
Hello friends!! My name is Fanny Chu. I am the head bartender at Donna Cocktail Club in Brooklyn, New York fucking City. I am a transplant from So Cal and have been living here for almost eight years. I’m an Amass-ive fan of Amass because of Robby Nelson. I have a dog named Bowie who’s also a huge fan of both gin and Robby. I look forward to meeting you all some time soon. Hope everyone stays safe, sane, and healthy!! Cheers and be well!!
Hi Everyone! I'm Laura Barrett and I am new to the community! I became involved through Caitlin and I'm very excited to be here. I am a freelance social media and branding consultant based out of London and Los Angeles and I LOVE gin! I have a lot of down time these days (as I am sure we all do) so feel free to send some fun gin recipes my way!
